smoke and mirrors

Tuesday, March 10, 2009

Hi,
I've come a long way in the last three months or so. I've been writing songs, re-writing old songs I first wrote around 1976, and posting them at YouTube.com/user;DrHanzonScience You may want to go there. There are no "smoke and mirrors" tricks there. What you see is what you get - I[m the guy with the guitar and usually a black cap or a yellow baseball cap or a white Western hat (from Thailand - West?)

The young lady fixing up her pushcart full of silk goods in Mao Sim, the most wonderful person you can imagine, not yet 30 years old, but carrying the power of ages in her heart of hearts. She's from Cambodia, and narrowly missed being a victim of the murderous Pol Pot Rigime in 1979.

The concept of "smoke and mirrors" is a negative thing, and I'm being positive, so I have not written here much... I'm no longer skeptical enough to think in terms of using "smoke and mirrors" to create a good impression.
